“This is a beautiful, bright and rustic spot with a nice collection of local goods/art, as well as tasty local specialties like oysters and cheese. Jackie, our chef/shucker, was very friendly and knowledgable. She prepared our oysters perfectly and chose several delicious dressings for us. The local cheeses were also amazingly rich. This is a perfect stop to try some regional snacks and browse souvenirs. It's located in a walkable area right in old town Eureka and there's also plenty of on street parking outside.”

When complemented by a charcuterie board featuring local fish and cheeses, the result is an exceptional dining experience.”

Grab a local beer, wine or cider to wash them down and you’ll have a true Humboldt experience to remember. Located right in Old Town Eureka, The bar and the building itself are stunning and worth stopping in for. In fact, I love the vibe so much, I asked to do a photoshoot there and they let me! They were incredibly accomodating and it was so fun!”

We tried a few small plates along with a cheese board, and everything paired perfectly with the local cider on tap. The atmosphere was friendly and welcoming, and it is clear they take pride in supporting local farms and businesses. It is a relaxed spot that feels authentic to the area. Prices are a bit on the higher side, but the freshness and overall experience make it worth it. Definitely a place I would return to for oysters and drinks.”
